Pizza dough – Ingredients and How to Make it by Yourself

I love pizza and I guess most people love it too, so quite often I make the pizza dough myself. It’s very fun thing to do make makes for a much more delicious and healthy pizza.  You reap the benefits of skipping all the preservatives of grocery store dough and fresh dough makes for a marvelous pizza.

Ingredients

250 g of flour
15 cl of water
15 g of fresh yeast from a baker
2 tbsp olive oil
½ Teaspoon salt
1 pinch of sugar

Preparation

STEP 1 First heat 2 tbsp water in a cup. Mix the yeast in the lukewarm water. Let it sit for 20 minutes.

STEP 2  In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, pinch of sugar, olive oil and dissolved yeast. Gradually add, 15 cl of water, continuing to mix.

STEP 3  Knead this dough until you obtain a homogeneous dough that comes off the sides of your dish. Powder-lightly with flour, cover with a cloth and let rest 1 hour before the top for the cook.
